This is a very flashy wine with bold ripe flavors of cassis, black cherry, licorice and blackberry. The texture is lush and rich with supple tannins that take you to a seamless finish that goes on and on! This wine would be beautiful with lamb chops with a poached quince in a balsamic pan sauce.
